Who we are
We (Jay and Liam, the CEO and COO of PoliPro) have been friends since college. We both went to USMA and were both International Relations majors. Additionally, we were co-presidents of the West Point Model United Nations team. This role saw us lead our team around the world, debating and exchanging ideas with fellow students from the international community. This passion for debate and the exploring of other perspectives was foundational for the inception of PoliPro. We both saw how through connection and discussion, walls could be broken down and understanding could develop.
Post graduation, our time in the military continued to foster our mutual zeal to develop an antidote to the division plaguing our online discourse. As Army officers in combat arms positions, we led diverse teams of Americans in stressful situations both domestically and internationally. We both saw first hand the kind of friction that exists when you bring people together, and the discussion and humanization that can overcome it.
Now as we both enter our final assignments in Active duty, we have been working hard to realize our shared dream of making PoliPro a reality.

CEO
Jay was born in Chicago IL, but spent most of his childhood living in Hong Kong, which he considers his home.
Passionate about American history and politics, Jay surprised his parents by deciding to attend West Point, and has been an Army officer since graduation.
Jay brings that same passion for finding solutions to better America and overcome our divides to PoliPro.

Liam was born in Berkely CA. The child of two lawyers, Liam was exposed to a love of debate and discussion from a young age. Since then, his passion for challenging ideas has only grown.
In his time in the military, Liam has executed missions in 5 different countries in a Special Operations task force, led a platoon of 35 soldiers, and worked in the tip of the spear of the military’s modernization efforts.
Liam will bring that same dynamic leadership and outside the box thinking to PoliPro.
